Nightsafe Oxford is a partnership set up to ensure residents and visitors have a great time in Oxford but also remain safe.

Nightsafe Oxford was launched in Oxford city in 2006. Nightsafe
expanded to East Oxford and the scheme now covers all of Oxford.
Nightsafe is a multi-agency partnership made up of representatives from Oxford City Council, Thames Valley Police, Oxfordshire Fire & Rescue Service, Oxfordshire Trading Standards and Oxford University Hospital Trust. Other agencies, such as Oxford University and Oxford Brookes University work closely with Nightsafe to ensure residents, visitors, students and tourists remain same from crime and anti-social behaviour.
The aim of Nightsafe is to show Oxford has a vibrant night-time economy and actively tackles alcohol related crime and anti-social behaviour.
