Staying safe in Oxford City centre

Oxford has a varied and vibrant evening economy with over 60 pubs, bars and clubs in the city centre alone.  In addition there is a huge choice of restaurants and coffee shops, a number of theatres and cinemas, an ice-rink and world renowned museums, all within the city centre.  Although regarded as a safe place to enjoy an evening out, like all city centres, Oxford city centre has its share of disorder.

The links below provide information on what you can do to make sure your fun-filled evening remains that way, and also provide information on the initiatives Nightsafe has put in place to tackle alcohol-related anti-social behaviour.

Please take the time to read through this information and take what steps you can to avoid becoming a victim of crime.
